About the event
Art therapy isn't about creating a beautiful work of art, but instead, its about the experience of creating and the moments of introspection we are able to grasp in-between. In this workshop we will elevate and explore the medium of paint and color, practice blending and color mixing and most importantly, learn how to let go and trust the process.
the act of creation can reveal a lot about the mind, how we handle stress and responsibility, and how we navigate expectations vs reality. through art therapy, you will learn more about yourself, your strengths, your weaknesses and your resilience.
